Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering.
Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering principles.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management/leadership role.

Advanced Degree.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Strong knowledge of ANSYS, Creo, ANSI Y14.5 GDT, and AGILE.
