About the Role
As a Systems Integration/Test Engineer, you will generate and execute integration and test plans, support the preparation of test equipment, and conduct Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests. You will also investigate failures and provide engineering evaluations for redesigns or upgrades, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a laboratory environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T).
- Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and analysis principles.
- Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test script creation.
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in I&T, focusing on environmental testing and Design DVT.
- Experience with HALT testing and production, latent manufacturing defect testing.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as MIL-STD-810 and DO-160.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools like LabVIEW or TestStand.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as MATLAB or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
