About the Role
About You
- Two-year degree from an accredited trade, technical or vocational school, college or university with major coursework in computer science or closely related field.
- Four years of experience in supporting users through analyzing, diagnosing and resolving computer systems issues related to desktop/laptop protocols and communication problems.
- Two or more CompTIA Certifications or Equivalent.
- Experience with Cisco, Fortinet and Meraki.
- Network + Certification or Equivalent.
- Two years of experience with Wi-Fi setup and configurations.
- Four years working in a help desk environment.
