Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves providing frontline technical support for end-user issues related to personal computers, printers, and Windows applications.
About the Role
As a Systems Technician, you will be the initial point of contact for client technical assistance, managing inquiries through email or the client portal. Your responsibilities will include managing service intake, conducting basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues, documenting activities in the ticketing system, and supporting Professional Services with client onsite deployments as needed.
About You
Required:
- Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of service-related experience.
- Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license.
