GP Mobile is seeking a T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate to join their team in Newberry, SC. The role involves serving customers, selling T-Mobile products, and providing a world-class customer experience.
About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. Your responsibilities will include helping customers with their shopping journey, providing hands-on demonstrations of technology, and building relationships with customers to enhance their experience. You will also be required to complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and assist with cash handling and store operations as needed.
About You
Required:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Preferred:
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Passionate customer advocate with a competitive drive.
