About the Role
As a T Mobile Authorized Retailer Sales Associate, you will work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. Your responsibilities will include helping customers with their shopping journey, providing hands-on demonstrations of technology, and building relationships with customers to enhance their experience. You will also complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues.
About You
Required:
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
Preferred:
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Passionate customer advocate with a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
