About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will lead the onsite interview process, manage logistics, prepare interview materials, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support new hire orientation, oversee background checks, generate offers in Workday, and assist with the I-9 verification process.
About You
Required:
1-2 years of related talent acquisition experience.
Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads with precision and efficiency.
Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Workday experience is a significant advantage.
