About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will execute full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles across the United States, serve as a brand ambassador, provide strategic market insights, support talent acquisition operations, and develop proactive sourcing strategies. You will collaborate with various departments and establish credibility with business leaders to ensure a positive hiring experience.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of demonstrated success in a dynamic recruiting role that requires influencing and partnership.
- Experience recruiting across the United States.
- Solid computer skills, including Google Workspace.
- Experience using Workday.
- Track record of developing partnerships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with an innate ability to motivate and inspire.
- Strong commitment to data accuracy and adherence to recruitment process standards.
Preferred:
- Experience in recruiting and hiring for various roles across the organization, including para-professional, professional, and specialized groups such as IT or Sales.
- Experience working in high volume and demanding environments such as an agency.
- Experience in recruiting and hiring for onsite and remote positions across the United States.
