About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you will manage and drive the full cycle recruiting process, build effective partnerships with hiring managers, deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, and track multiple recruitment projects including career events.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years’ experience in full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at a corporate company.
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent of education and military experience.
Preferred:
- MBA degree
- Workday experience
- Corporate Functions experience
