About the Role
About You
- Minimum of 3 years of sourcing experience with a proven track record in candidate identification and engagement.
- Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-changing priorities.
- Experience using CRMs, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools (Phenom experience preferred).
- Ability to travel to recruitment events.
- Experience recruiting and/or sourcing Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs strongly preferred.
