About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage recruitment processes by partnering with managers to understand staffing needs, maintain knowledge of specialized functions, develop vendor relations for job postings, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. You will also propose improvements to the recruitment process and participate in job fairs.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years related recruiting experience, preferably for a variety of positions from entry to senior level.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workable.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred:

Recruiting experience in the Home Improvement Industry.
Experience recruiting for Apprentice and Labor roles.
Experience using Texting Recruiting tools, such as Text Recruit, TextUs, ICIMS, etc.
Detail oriented with a sense of urgency.
