As a Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist, you will work closely with managers to understand hiring needs, manage recruitment processes, foster relationships with candidates, and implement innovative recruitment strategies. You will also maintain knowledge of HR trends and perform various HR functions.
About You
Required:
- Five or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods.
- Familiarity with job boards and HR-specific computer systems.
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods.
Preferred:
- HR Generalist experience.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
