About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, initial phone screenings, interview coordination, and maintaining candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while tracking and reporting recruiting metrics.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience or HR experience required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and open positions.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred but not required.
