Summary
Hoyleton Youth & Family Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - OnSite Requirement to join their team in Fairview Heights, IL. The role involves supporting and carrying out full-cycle recruitment for campus-based and program positions across the agency.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, maintain ATS workflows, collaborate with hiring managers, and support internal offers and transfers. You will also conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding tasks, and serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions at assigned locations. The position requires travel between multiple agency sites for recruitment and hiring events.
About You
Required:
- Experience using Paylocity ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in developing outreach and sourcing strategies for diverse candidate pools.
- Must meet DCFS/CANTS Clearance Requirements.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain proof of automobile insurance.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- High school diploma with 2–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (nonprofit, residential, or social services a plus).
