Mistral AI is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves building and scaling various organizations by partnering with hiring managers to find top talent.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition member, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting unique candidates, guiding them through the hiring process, and contributing to the recruitment strategy. You will work in a multi-geography environment, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience and continuously improving recruitment processes.
About You
Required:- 6+ years of experience in recruiting and at least 2 years in a startup or growth stage company.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts.
Preferred:- Expertise in at least two of the following functions: Enterprise GTM roles, Corporate functions, Product Engineering/Infrastructure, or Science/Research Engineers.
- Proficiency with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Modernloop.
- A track record of recruiting in both business and tech roles.
