About You
- 12+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD).
- 8+ years in progressively responsible roles focused on HR, Compliance, audit, or risk management, in a financial services environment.
- Last 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or Talent Acquisition Compliance role.
- Experience in driving results in a public multinational corporation.
- In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies, with a strong emphasis on understanding regulatory requirements.
