About the Role
As a Talent Development Expert, you will conceptualize and facilitate management and organizational development programs, manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders, design innovative learning solutions, and utilize expert facilitation skills for delivering development interventions across the organization. You will also support leader feedback and contribute to the dissemination of Talent Management Best Known Methods.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in organization development and/or management development.
- Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a complex global company in a fast-paced environment.
- Instructional design experience focused on management development solutions.
