About the Role
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing participant competencies, conducting individual meetings for job search and readiness, creating employment plans, and maintaining participant accountability. You will also provide information on available training and jobs, facilitate access to employment services, and ensure participants achieve their employment goals.
About You
Required:
- Related Associate degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience.
- Related work experience in Career Counseling or Workforce Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge of local needs and resources.
Preferred:
- One to three years’ experience in workforce development or related programs.
