About the Role
As a Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing participant competencies, conducting individual meetings for job search and readiness, creating employment plans, and maintaining participant files. You will also facilitate access to training and employment services, track participant progress, and ensure accountability in achieving employment retention goals.
About You
Required:
- Related Associate degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
Preferred:
- One to three years’ experience in workforce development or related programs.
- Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources.
