As a Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through job search strategies, monitoring their participation in programs, managing customer relationships, and providing motivational support. You will also facilitate job readiness workshops, document customer success stories, and maintain accurate records. Your role will require you to stay informed about various career paths and training needs to effectively assist customers in achieving their professional goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor of Art/Bachelor of Science in psychology, marketing, business, human resources or related fields with two plus years relevant work experience.
- Experience working with career counseling consumers in a high volume work environment.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to relate well with individuals and motivate them.
- Experience in presenting workshops and working with individuals having barriers to employment.
- Knowledge of various job search strategies and resources.
