About the Role
As a Principal Scientist, you will be responsible for carrying out multistep organic syntheses, isolation, and purification of targeted products. You will utilize modern analytical techniques, conduct literature searches for target compounds, and manage projects independently. The role requires effective communication with clients and collaboration with other laboratory staff to ensure project success while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations.
About You
Required:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field with minimum 6 years of experience, or M.S. with minimum 10 years, or B.S. with 14 years of experience in a lab environment.
- Strong understanding of modern organic synthesis methodologies and analytical techniques.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical/chemical process development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft software and Chemdraw.
