As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will manage the search process, generate candidate pipelines using various resources, engage and pre-screen candidates, deliver profiles ready for interviews, conduct market searches and mapping, and maintain data quality on the company's internal database.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- One to two years of talent sourcing experience from an executive search firm or corporate environment.
- Mastery of direct sourcing tools.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Fluency in English.
