Oversee is seeking a motivated Property Manager to join their team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The role involves overseeing vacation rental properties and ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for homeowners and guests.
About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will coordinate with vendors, manage housekeeping schedules, input and complete work orders, assist in seasonal projects, and ensure the proper upkeep of properties. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of service and satisfaction for both homeowners and guests.

Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision and make decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Prior experience in property management.
