Summary
C&M Dredging Inc. is seeking a Shoreman to join their travel-based team supporting dredging and marine construction projects across Florida and the Southeast.
About the Role
As a Shoreman, you will perform general labor duties supporting dredging and marine construction operations, assist with dredge pipeline setup, perform pressure washing and site cleanup, and maintain clean and safe work areas. You will work outdoors, communicate regularly with the foreman, and support additional construction needs as directed.
About You
Required:
- Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be able to complete tasks with and without direct supervision.
- Must be open to working out of town for up to 45 days at a time, including some weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
- Experience in construction, marine work, landscaping, or heavy labor preferred.
- Equipment operating experience is a plus.
