The role involves developing targets and target systems for joint lethal and non-lethal engagements, producing all-source analytic damage estimates, and providing joint target intelligence support.

About the Role

As a Targeting Analyst Senior Level, you will be responsible for developing target nominations, creating database records, conducting collateral damage estimation, and assisting with combat assessment requirements. You will also provide recommendations for target prioritization, assist in long-range planning, and coordinate intelligence and combat targeting efforts within various commands. Your role will require you to produce timely and concise analytic reports and communicate complex issues clearly.

About You

Required:

Master’s degree in a related field or Bachelor's degree with an additional 5 years of senior experience.
At least 12 years of experience conducting relevant analysis, with some experience within the last 2 years.
TS/SCI level Clearance required.

Preferred:

Demonstrated ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to produce reports in various formats.
