As a Tax Manager at EY, you will apply your tax expertise to complex challenges faced by high net worth clients. Your responsibilities will include technical planning, advising clients, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will work on diverse projects that require collaboration across teams and provide tailored services to meet client needs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant tax experience and CPA certification or Bar membership.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services or tax organizations.
- Thorough understanding of estate and wealth planning, and experience with federal and state personal and trust income tax.
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
- Proven record in high net-worth tax planning.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Executive presence and business development skills.
