About the Role
As a Client Enablement Manager, you will lead new client onboarding, tailor onboarding plans, deliver targeted training, design adoption plans, and serve as a trusted advisor during client transformation efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of the platform.
About You
Required:
3-5 years of experience in tax, tax technology, client enablement, or transformation-focused roles within public accounting or in-house tax departments.
Proven track record of leading onboarding, workflow transformation, or process improvement initiatives in tax environments.
Strong understanding of complex tax workflows, especially for K-1 reporting or 990 filings.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines.
Preferred:
Experience working with tax e-filing platforms, tax automation tools, or tax compliance software.
Effective communicator with a client-first mindset and the ability to simplify complexity.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from usage data and client feedback.
