About the Role

As a Tax Associate - Onsite, you will work at a TurboTax location, assisting customers with tax return preparation, advice, and software support. You will handle a range of tax situations, from simple W2 filings to complex scenarios involving business income and investments. Your role will also include community engagement to grow TurboTax's client base and establish long-term relationships with customers.

About You

Required:

Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Willingness to work a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
