Intuit is seeking a Tax Associate to join their team as a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Associate in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves providing tax expertise and support to customers during the tax season.

About the Role

As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Associate, you will work on-site to assist customers with tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support using Intuit TurboTax products. You will handle a range of tax situations, from simple W2 filings to complex scenarios involving business income and investments. Your role will also include community engagement to grow TurboTax's client base and establish long-term relationships with customers.

About You

Required:

Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Willingness to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
