About the Role
As a Tax Director, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Financial Services Tax team, leading business development efforts, overseeing multiple projects, and providing exceptional technical knowledge. You will also foster a culture of digitization and automation, equipping professionals to handle complex transactions and utilizing One Firm knowledge to solve client needs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 6 years of experience in tax services
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials
Preferred:
- Proficiency in tax issues for multinational US banks
- Experience leading project management teams complying with FATCA and FBAR
- Experience in developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships
- Ability to prepare and present complex written and verbal documents
- Experience in utilizing automation and digitization in professional services
