As a Tax Director - High Net Worth (Partner Path), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax planning and advisory services to high net worth individuals and families. Your daily tasks will include overseeing tax compliance, developing tailored tax strategies, staying updated on tax law developments, and building strong client relationships. You will also collaborate with partners and contribute to the firm's growth by identifying new business opportunities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax role focused on high net worth individuals.
- In-depth knowledge of tax accounting, tax law, tax planning, tax advisory, and tax compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Taxation or CPA designation.
- Experience in public accounting or law firm.
