Summary

BPM LLP is seeking a Tax Director - International to lead and manage all aspects of international tax compliance, planning, and strategy for the organization and its clients.

About the Role

As the International Tax Director, you will serve as a subject matter expert on global tax regulations, oversee cross-border transactions, and ensure compliance with complex international tax laws. You will lead the international tax function, advise on tax implications of transactions, develop strategies to optimize the global effective tax rate, and manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s in Taxation, JD, or LLM preferred.
CPA, JD, or equivalent advanced credential required.
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in international tax, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of US and international tax rules, including transfer pricing and foreign tax credits.
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience with tax issues in multiple foreign jurisdictions.
Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong business development and client relationship skills.
