About the Role

As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Expert, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, assisting customers with tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support. You will handle a range of tax situations, from simple W2 filings to complex scenarios involving business income and investments. Your role will also include community engagement to grow TurboTax's client base and establish long-term relationships with customers.

About You

Required:

Active, unrestricted credentials: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney.
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Willingness to work a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
