About the Role

As a Tax Expert - Onsite, you will work directly with customers both in-person and virtually, leveraging your tax expertise to assist with tax return preparation, advice, and software support. You will handle a range of tax situations, from simple W2 filings to complex scenarios involving business income and investments. Additionally, you will engage with the local community to grow TurboTax's client base and establish long-term relationships.

About You

Required:

Active, unrestricted credentials: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney.
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Willingness to work a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
