About the Role

As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Expert, you will work on-site, serving customers both in-person and virtually. Your responsibilities include providing full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support. You will assist clients with various tax situations, build relationships within the community, and drive customer loyalty through proactive engagement and education.

About You

Required:

Active, unrestricted credentials: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Willingness to work a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
