About the Role
About You
- 5+ years' experience in core federal tax compliance, including federal and/or international.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model requiring in-person collaboration 2 - 3 days per week.
- One of the following active accreditations: Licensed CPA, Licensed attorney, Enrolled Agent, or relevant certifications.
- Advanced degree such as MST or MAcc.
- Mid-Level to Advanced skills in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Tax Depreciation Software.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a management and executive presence.
- Previous Big 4 or large CPA firm experience.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $98,350 to $223,990.
- Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
