As a Tax Manager - Partnerships, you will be responsible for reviewing returns for various tax clients, determining tax objectives, identifying tax solutions, and managing client relationships. You will also supervise a team of associates and participate in business expansion efforts. The role includes technical responsibilities, relationship building, and contributions to firm initiatives.

About You

Required:

5+ years experience in public accounting
Successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
CPA or Bar License required
Strong technical skills with public accounting experience focused in taxes for private equity funded partnerships and public companies in the energy industry

Preferred:

Experience in M&A transactions
Oil & Gas experience
ASC 740 & public company experience
