About the Role
As a Tax Manager, you will lead and manage the preparation, review, and timely filing of federal and state tax returns. You will provide strategic tax planning, identify process improvement opportunities, and build trusted client relationships while serving as a technical tax expert. Additionally, you will mentor and develop tax associates and oversee tax compliance and internal process optimization initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification or equivalent.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience in tax management or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
