About the Role
As a Tax Manager, you will review tax returns, provide strategic tax planning, and advise clients. You will manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, train and develop staff, maintain required continuing education, and collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality solutions for complex client needs.
About You
Required:
- CPA certification with 5+ years of recent public accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of tax software like CCH Axcess Tax, ProSystem FX Tax, and Engagement.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accountancy.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with real estate groups and medical practices.
