About the Role
As a Manager in the M&A Tax team, you will analyze tax implications of transactions, develop tax structures, and assist clients in navigating complex tax regulations. You will also supervise and mentor teams, manage client service accounts, and drive engagement workstreams while leveraging technology and innovation to enhance service delivery.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience in tax services
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other relevant credentials
Preferred:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM)
- Broad knowledge in partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions
- Proficiency in partnership taxation and U.S. federal income tax law
- Advanced technical writing and reviewing skills
- Experience in defining resource requirements and project workflow
