About the Role
As a Tax Operations Admin, you will serve as a key operational partner to the tax team, tracking and monitoring the progress of individual tax returns, maintaining internal dashboards, identifying bottlenecks, managing client communications, and supporting ongoing improvements to internal processes.
About You
Required:
- Experience in public accounting, financial services, or a similar deadline-driven professional services environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving priorities.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and workflow or client management platforms.
Preferred:
- An accounting or Finance Degree is strongly preferred.
- Proven work experience, career longevity and solid career progression.
