Summary
EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Partner for their Private Client Services (PCS) practice in New York. The role involves managing compliance and consulting for high net-worth clients while mentoring staff and developing new business opportunities.
About the Role
As a Tax Partner, you will perform partner-level compliance reviews, handle client consultations on tax planning, develop proposals, and expand services to existing clients. You will supervise engagements, train advanced staff, and maintain exceptional technical knowledge of tax issues and business trends.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- CPA or JD.
- 15+ years of progressive tax experience.
- 2+ years as a Partner or Director at a public accounting firm.
- 10+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
- Experience working with high net-worth individuals, family office clients, and closely-held businesses.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business.
