About the Role
As a Tax Partner, you will be responsible for contributing to the analysis, coordination, and execution of successful tax structuring transactions. Your duties will include representing public and private companies in corporate, tax, securities, and real estate matters, as well as structuring transactions involving taxable and tax-free asset and stock acquisitions.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of tax experience.
- 4+ years of Law firm experience.
- Admitted to practice law in New York.
Preferred:
- Experience in Tech Law, Trust & Estates, Employment Law, Banking/Finance, Corporate Law, Construction.
- Experience working with both private and public companies.
