About the Role

As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Associate, you will leverage your tax expertise to assist customers with tax return preparation, advice, and software support. You will engage with clients to understand their unique tax situations, help them navigate complex tax scenarios, and build long-term relationships within the community. This role requires onsite presence at a TurboTax location and involves proactive outreach to grow the client base.

About You

Required:

Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Willingness to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
