About the Role
As a Tax Preparer, you will provide superior customer support via video, phone, and chat, assisting customers with their tax returns. Your responsibilities will include navigating software issues, answering complex tax questions, and preparing returns while ensuring high customer satisfaction through friendly and timely problem resolution.
About You
Required:
- An Active PTIN and 2+ years of professional experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns using professional tax preparation software.
- Strong technical skills and ability to navigate computer systems and software, including professional tax software and Microsoft 365.
Preferred:
- Experience in a professional/retail setting for tax preparation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
