Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Service Technician to join their team in Riviera Beach, FL. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) while providing exceptional service and support.
About the Role
As a Sr. Service Technician, you will confidently repair electro-mechanical issues, train and assist other technicians, maintain knowledge of high and low voltage systems, and effectively communicate with team members and customers. You will also document vehicle interactions and support mobile service teams as needed.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
- ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS).
- Prior experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems.
- Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary DMS software.
- EPA 609 Certification.
- Valid driver license with no suspensions within the past year.
Preferred:
- ASE Certified Master Technician.
