Ernst & Young U.S. LLP is seeking a Tax Process Advisor - Tax Technology and Transformation (Manager) to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role involves providing business tax services and tax technology services to financial services companies.
About the Role
As a Tax Process Advisor, you will assist clients in meeting complex demands for direct tax reporting, compliance, and planning. Your responsibilities will include producing leading practice tax software solutions, automating operations of multinational tax departments, and managing teams to deliver quality client services. You will also be involved in documenting requirements, testing systems, and improving reporting capabilities to enhance client risk evaluation and opportunity capitalization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, and 5 years of progressive work experience in tax process improvement.
- 4 years of experience in tax or finance process improvement, with at least 1 year in the financial services industry.
- 3 years of experience in business process analytics and/or product management for tax technology solutions.
- 2 years of experience supervising teams on multiple projects.
- 2 years of experience managing custom applications.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field or CPA, JD, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or Project Management Professional certification.
- Experience with tax technology solutions such as ONESOURCE, Corptax, Sabrix, Vertex, MS SharePoint, PFI, and/or RPA software.
