About the Role

As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Associate, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, assisting customers both in-person and virtually. Your responsibilities will include preparing tax returns, providing tax advice, and supporting clients with various tax situations. You will also engage with the local community to grow TurboTax's client base and establish long-term relationships.

About You

Required:

Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Willingness to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
