As a Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of tax professionals, reviewing complex tax returns, and providing tax planning and compliance services to high net worth clients. You will collaborate with specialists in various tax areas to deliver comprehensive solutions and develop into a trusted advisor role.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, supported by significant tax or financial planning experience.
- CPA license or a licensed Attorney is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in professional services or professional tax organization.
- A thorough understanding of estate and wealth planning.
- Experience with federal and state personal and trust income tax.
- Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
- A proven record in high net-worth tax planning.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to adapt your work style to work with both internal and client team members.
