About the Role
As a Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and providing strategic tax advice to clients. You will lead a team, manage client communications, and facilitate training and development for staff. Your role will also include monitoring billing functions and developing new business opportunities.
About You
Required:
- CPA Certification is required.
- Minimum 10 years of public accounting experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Well-developed decision-making skills and initiative.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing a team in a public accounting environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
